    IGF and diet

    Hello,
so I finally decided to go it.
My current situation: I have already finished my cutting cycle on prop, win, bold and oxandrolone. It is the second week off now .
My weight is 100kg of very nice and lean muscles on 186cm.

I plan to take 4weeks OFF (I will be abroad) and then start IGF.

I WANT TO KNOW HOW I SHOULD EAT DURING THE FOUR WEEK IGF CYCLE.

The problem is that Im currently on 300g of protein and I cycle my carbs 300,300,500 to keep lean. I DONT WANT TO GET FAT WHICH I CAN DO VERY EASILY BY BOOSTING THE CARBS UP

So, when I start the IGF what to do? I plan to boost up the proteins to 500g per day and what about the carbs? Will IGF keep me lean even if I boos the carbs to some 600-800 per dsay

My normal carb intake during an AAS cykle is 1000+

    Thanks bros

Hmm any suggestions? How do you play with your carbs?

You won't have to worry about extra carb consumption. Long r3 makes you insulin sensitive and eat like a horse, you'll need the carbs or you'll go slight hypo. long r3 also makes you burn fat for fuel and the carbs go to muscle instead of into fat stores.

yeas thats exactly what I meant
first: the need of carbs after the shot, how much?
second: eat like a pig thats what I usually do during a cycle, but now, I still want to stay lean, so maybe something like 400,600,800g of carbs (cycling) could be fine.

I plan to do 2 4-week cycles, the first like this and the second 1000+ od carbs to see the difference, both without AAS

To stay lean I'm thinking you could kinda wing it, nibble on complex carbs to stay out of hypo and you'll get shredded.

You'll probably have to see how you feel and you tolerate the IGF to dial in the ratios. I'd say minimum fats though!
