I was wondering what the best route to adminsitering IGF would be. I plan on using Omegas and at 40mcg's daily but wasnt sure of the 3 ways is the best
1. AM and PM injections say 20mcg at 5 am and 20mcg at 5 pm
2. 20 mcg's post workout and 20 mcg's pre-workout out
3. 40 mcg's all at one time ( Bilaterally of course for all options)
ALSO WILL I NEED TO SUPPLEMENT T3 WHILE TAKING IGF WASNT SURE IF IT HAS THE SAME AFFECT AS GROWTH DOES ON YOUR THYROID
