    IGF Results

Just wondering how long it has taken people to see any results with IGF-LR3. I've been on it for 2 weeks now at 80mcg and have yet to see any change. What are your opinions?

How much protein are you eating? Protein is the key to growth with LR3

I started feeling actual changes within days, but didnt really SEE any for about 10 days. You gotta eat a lot of preotein. I mean tons! I am up about 10lbs since i through it into my cycle.

You need to be taking 500-600 grams common bro, pound it down, you can do it, use some shakes to help supplement your intake as well.

Eat as much protein as you can. Yes, shakes can make the protein intake a lot easier then steak, chicken, fish, tuna, eggwhites etc.. will add up. You can also consider leaving a protein shake ready before you go to bed and drink it in the middle of the night if you happen to get up to hit the bathroom. Just a thought.
