    is 3 units a day enough for a first cycle of gh! I split 1.5 am and pm?

    depends on you, start at 2iu/day and work your way up .5iu/wk. and see how it makes you feel. I started at 3 and moved to 4 and I am fine so far. Hands tingle everyonce in a while, bout it.

    2-3 iu is normally used for fat loss and overall well being,4iu and higher is when the magic seems to begin.might wanna look into lr3 for lean mass gain.

    what is the hand tingling related to? does that have something to do with carpal tunnel?

    GH has a tendency to make you retain water in your joints and decrease circulation from what I understand, maybe rog knows better?

    your right thats carpal tunnel syndrom,nerves got pushed on due to water retention.i succesfully tried 200mg b6 for this.
