I have been on 3ius 6 on 1 off for three months. I am trying to lean up. I have been eating a twice a day sometimes more. I am worried that I am not eating enough to allow the growth hormone to work? Does not eating enough adversely affect my insulin levels rendering the gh ineffective??
You need to do a bit more research on your diet. GH isn't a silver bullet. Eating only twice a day isn't gonna cut it. Check out the book "Body Rx" by A. Scott Connelly. He's the guy who invented Met-Rx. Follow his advice and the pounds will melt off. Of course there are many more sources for quality diet info.

In addition to what has already been said, you are slowing down your metabolism by only eating twice a day... definitely do some reserach on dieting!
