got my IGF but didnt come as expected

It came in what looks like a 10mL bottle and is maybe 0.5mL full? Do I dilute this or what? Do I dilute it in the pin?

it should be 1ml, and yes it usually comes in a larger bottle about 10ml. use an insulin dart (preferably .5cc) and draw 30-40iu of B12 or BW. afterward draw whatever amount of igf you are using.
