    boring IGF dilution question....

I've got some of MRs (prediluted) IGF & just wondered if it would be too risky to dilte it by drawing some BW first, then draw the IGF - would the tiny amount of BW present on the pin cause any probs with the stability of the IGF ??

I wouldn't risk it. If you want the igf-1 at the top of the syringe then just take the plunger out and inject the bac water from the back.

I personally would draw out the igf first, then the water, the igf will kinda mix with the water, and get the igf out of the needle. So once you administer the shot any water/igf left in the needle would be very small amount. This is how Im doing it.
