I am going to try the vinegar method. What im a little confused about is some say B12 is good to shoot with igf and others say no??? Also when injecting do you pull the igf first then the B12 or BW? I plan on starting next Monday...Ill keep everyone posted on results...currently 6'4 215 10%bf
Just get some benzyl alcohol. At least you know it will be sterile.
the BW has some BA in it. I was told that if i mix it with just the BW i need to use in 24 hours. I need each vial to last 3 days as Im going to use 40mcg's ED.
you need AA to reconstitute it and you can use b12 or bw to dilute it.

draw the BW or B12 first... THEN the Igf. the idea is to push it all out with the dilutent.
