i always use 29g x 12.7mm
and i would just shoot biceps/triceps and not chest.

Will get some on order for next monday then... I did think the ones I had were a little small... Biceps it is then... Would you split it 30 in each or just 60 in one then the next workout 60 the other??Quote:

I use a slin pin 29, but if you want to go 27 go for it
