    HGH effectiveness

I have been using Jinos for over a year. I started at 4 IU's per day and backed down to 2 IU's because of the sides and cost.
Has anyone had really good luck with HGH at moderate doseages?
Is 4 IU's per day the minimum you need for good results?
I am 45 years old, 230 lbs around 10% bf.
I feel like the money may be best spent with the aas. And cardio and diet can do the rest and maybe going to the HGH when I am a little older. But I am not sure that is why I want your feedback. I don't mind spending the money if it is really worth the investment.
    Thanks for your help.

at age 45 hgh is a really good additive since your endo gh levels are prob low.

if your on for a year then i would stop for at least 3 months to avoid hgh resistance.

i would cycle it 9 months out of a year.

2iu is good dose for someone your age.(alltough 4iu is better :-) )

i think HGH blows and is extremely over-rated for people wanted to gain any kind of mass. I will not use it again after my 6 month cycle is finished at 5iu's a day. waste of money. period!

I'm extremely happy with the results I've had from just 5 months at 2 iu's. I lost fat deposits on my love handles and lower back that I was never able to get rid of before. My skin is tighter and healthier, I'm more vascular and I can see striations across my shoulders, chest and back. At 34 years old I have abs that i haven't seen since high school. I love GH. It has helped to change my body composition. I just bumped my dose up to 3iu's and as soon as i get more kits I'll go to 4iu's and keep it there for a few more months. My diet hasn't been all that great since the summer started yet my waste keeps getting smaller and I'm maintaining my weight of 195. The best thing is I know most of these gains aren't going to disappear when I go off cycle. I'll be posting pics from the beginning of my GH cycle til now.

Thanks guys, I am afraid to come off for the very reason that Kravman stated.
Rodge I think you are right I think I will be happier at 4iu's and will bump it up soon.
    thanks again.

i would come off first for about 3months and then back on to avoid gh resistance.

then bump it up to 4iu.

GH really isnt for "Mass", you dont see huge gains..basically candidates for GH are people who are older, and builders who are at their peak with steroids and want something else, GH=new muscles
