30iu's humilin-R too much in one day?

30iu's, split up into three times, seperated by roughly 5 hours each....


is this too much insulin?


itd be something like this:

8am wake up, 10iu insulin.. 100g sugars, 150g whey within by 10 oclock

12 noon, regular meal, 75g protein...

2pm, PWO 10iu insulin.. 100g sugar, 150g protein by 4 oclock, 5grams glutamine peptides and some HMB

7pm, another 10iu insulin, 100g sugar, 150g protein by 9 oclock

11pm-11:30 go to bed, another 75g shake

total protein: 500-600g
total carbs: 300g

should i just stick to 20iu per day?

ofcourse id only do this for 30days

just stick to 10iu pwo and maybe 5iu in the morning to stave of catabolisme when your not on aas.

if you take slin 3 times a day means that you should watch your fat intake the entire day plus you run a greater risk of becoming slin dependent.
