What type of creatine do you take 5 minutes after your first shot in your glutamine/creatine/dex shake?
I just use regular Creatine Monohydrate
if any,than regular monohydrate.

The only creatine i would take is Purple-K it's a PH balanced Kre-Alkyline creatine that does not convert to creatinine, and is much more effective then regural creatine...no water bloat at all...XXL
