    OK, HGH and hunger?

    I'm constantly hungry...I just ate a hour ago and don't feel satisfied.

    I eat about every 3 hours but it doesn't seem enough anymore.

    Anyone else ?

    i feel that way all the time even when i don't use anything :-) not to speak when i'm dieting for a show:-(

    but serieusly i think its because of the increased igf levels cause when i'm on igf i've got an incredible appetite.

    Blue, I have the same problem. I for one think it's great but then I'm trying to gain weight so I don't mind eating all the time. I actually think I spend more on groceries then I do on GH.

    Increase your protein intake, to take advantage of thew increased IGF-1.

    Oh I'm eating enough protein for sure. Plus I'm kind of bulking so I don't mind all this eating..

    It's just That I'm not satisfied..good thing I'm not on a cutting cycle..that wouldn't be fun on HGH.

    It's like I can't get enough food fast enough...always hungry.

    Oh well..I don't mind : )

    I get hungry 1 hour after each meal. I eat super clean too.

    It's insane! Hang in there.
