last minute questions on IGF

I am going to be shooting IGF @ 40mcg for 25 days. When doin site injections I know its PWO + protein shake after
however, my friend told me its better shooting it before u work out that muscle

any suggestions?

I have heard mixed reviews both ways.

Last time I ran it, I would inject into the muscle group after I worked out.

Since there is a great deal of blood flowing to the muscle, you are getting maximum benefit from hitting the IGF during the PWO window that can efficiently shuttle nutrients into the cells.

Shooting it before workout might prime the cells, but I think it would be better used after workout.

I tried it once before a workout and I felt really hungry during my whole workout and had to stop and eat something. So I stick with PWO.
