I have been practising bodybuilding exercise for 3 years and I took through that time 3 cycles,,,the question now is :i want to take HGH for the first time in my life how to use it?? and what other suitable drugs that I can take with HGH?? and when is the best time to take HGH??
The last cycle i have been taking was this July 2005.

Do you really think that you need gh? and what is your goal with the cycle? but to answer your questions use 4-5iu´s if you want both fat loss and to gain some mass if you only want fat loss then 2-3ius is enough but remember hgh is not a great mass builder and its best imo to use hgh with testo and you can also add t3/insulin for better effect and use it for 5-6months at least.
if its lean mass your after then you might wanna look into lr3 igf-1.
