what is the maximum amount of insulin you can take at one time without it becoming dangerously too much
just don't go above 10iu,its not gonna bring more gains just more sides ie hypo and thus need for more carbs and a bigger chance of gaining fat.i've gone as high as 15iu but dropped it to 10iu for the reason just said.
