ok let me start by sayin i am 6`2 280 about 20%bf i have been training for a long time now have done a few cycles here and there...i am looking to lose BF an gain lean mass.i also do power lifting but im not compeating again until like april so im not worried about drug tests, but a friend of mine said Gh would be perfect for me,also said to run it with SUS and Eq i belive but like i said guys i really dont kow to much about it so any info would be great thanks in advance
