hello..does anabody have a good cycle for me..it s gonna be my first time cycle with IGF-1..i did only aas for about three cycle s and then most of the time sus/deca and dianabol..my weight is about 90 kilo s en i am very dry..how long should i take the IGF-1 cycle with aas en wich best aas would i take..thanks.

if its your first run with igf then stick to 50mcg ed for 4 weeks.
always include test in a cycle and for the 4 weeks on igf you could add some dbol or drol to mature the new muscle cels quickly.
so i would do it like this;
week 1-10 prop 100mg ed
week 1-4 dbol 50mg ed
week 1-4 lr3 igf-1 50mcg ed
week 1-10 nolva 10mg ed
proper pct with if its possible another igf run.

oke thanks..so from week 10 i can take clomid and also another run for 4 weeks igf1..
start pct 3 days after last prop shot.
yes if yo can afford it then def run another igf cycle through pct,this will help you recover faster and keep your gains.

I usually run igf-1 weeks 1-4 then 9-12. Its as common in my PCT's as clomid is.

if you use sust and take it the right way ie. ed or eod then you'll benefit from the prop also so no need for starting it before igf imo.Quote:
