Does it make any difference to shoot it PWO or BWO since the half live is close to 10 hrs and to prevent hypoglycemia it can be shot 2 to 4 hrs before the workout so u have plety of time to eat?
does it really make any difference sq or IM as far as absorption goes?

i do it PWO mainly because it can sometimes make you tired. plus its best then cause PWO you take your protien\carb source.

im starting mine tomorrow and will try it pwo and bwo to see what feels best for me. I will be shooting it IM.
