ok I am 33 y/0 5'9 194 about 18% BF I started gh a month ago this is my 5th week and this is my first week on IGF. I was using gh 3 IU a day 5on 2 off but now am uing 2 u a day 7 days a week and igf 60 mcg 7 days a week, I will keep the gh at 2 units during th igf month and go back to 3 iu 5 and 2. I only have access to humatrope and is deam expensive so I keep it at low dose!

just pinch some skin and shoot it,does'nt matter were you shoot it,you can even shoot it IM if you got a low bf% allready and thus not much fat/skin to shoot it in.

You say 50mcg, dont you think i will grow to much from that dose? As a sprinter i need Top quality muscle, afraid to much muscle will slow me down, Maybe I can control that with my calorie intake?

NO there is no site growth with igf-1 LR3 or gh.
Take h for 4 weeks on its own building to 3iu EOD then add I at 40-60mcg. this may produce a synergistic effect which i would know if i had tried things like that. Everyone keep in mind his goals...While on I decrease your H intake to 2iu but DO NOT stop it as H has other effects other than those through I on muscles. Cheers

as a track athlete in a similar but more severe situation (in terms of keeping weight down) I would personally use 20-40mcg with 2iu gh with great results in terms of recovery. Remember doses quoted here are for bb'ers and not track athletes. Anecdotal evidence tells me If you took 50+mcg there is a chance that the pump would become soo bad and you would have to pull out of a training session.Cheers
