Hey guys just curious if anyone had any advice on my GH clcle? I have been on 3ius for 3.5 months now 6 on 1 off and am considering taking a week off to get rid of some of the water I am carrying? My weight is up 15 lbs. My upper body is getting leaner and more muscular but my gut is not really leaning out. Right now I am eatting fairly clean and doing cardio 3 to 4 x's a week. I dont have to take a week off but wanted to see how much water I am carrying and reduce my cost by taking a week off?
