igf-1lr3 dose splitting

im going to do 40-50mcgs of igf do i split the dose's and also on hgh at 3iu do i split those doses to or can i do it all at once. Also where is a good place to inject the igf if your using a short slin pin. oh ya one more thing can i just mix the hgh and igf in the same pin.

don't split the igf,shoot it all at once pwo.
split the hgh in 2 shots,1 in the am and the other right before bed.
i always shoot igf im in the biceps cause thats the place i can go deep in the muscle with a slinpin.

igf i have had great sucess in tris (takes a little bit of time to get used to it) legs, bi's, shoulders, chest.

What about on non workout days??? Do you skip the LR3 or do you shoot it in the am upon awakening?

You do it the same as each and everyday your on igf.

if its your first run with igf then you can get nice results shooting 5on/2off.
but its best to run it ed.

I have 2mg vials of omeg brand how long would that last if i did evryday ill probly do between 40-50mcgs.

2mg=2000mcg divided by 40 = 50days
50 = 40days

this is something you could have done yourself tho.

i would stick to 4 weeks and use the rest in a future run but you could always extend it if your seeing nice results :wg:
