OTC product that inhibits fat gains/synthesis during insulin use

Hey guys.
Do you happen to know what OTC product inhibits fat gains/sythesis during insulin use? And if so, when should it be taken?

I know basically nothing about slin, but common sense tells me that the only way to prevent fat gain on insulin would be to avoid consuming fat anywhere near injection time.

you don't have to get fat while cycling slin.just get your pwo ppwo meals in check so that you get the minimum amount of nutrients(no fats) without going hypo.get a blood glucose monitor to see were you at.this is'nt something you must do when first using slin.first get the feel for it and then when your familiar with it,fine tune your diet,meaning slowly dropping your dex in the pwo shake from 10gram/iu to 9gram/iu and so on untill you reach apoint were you go hypo easy then up it a bit.then go work on you ppwo meal.always keep some dex tabs or a soda at hand in case of hypo.
