IGF_1 question

First I am completely new to this substance I just read about 30 post on this and read hookers profile to get a better understanding. It seem that 30 days on seems the normal dose then take 30 days off. My question is how many cycles is the average cycle. Is 30 on 30 off then 30 on good enough??
2Nd question is are there any real dangerous side witht this is or are headaches and things of that nature the worst side effect, for instance is it dangerous like slin or no?? Also, from what I read I thought I heard someone say it lowers your natural HGH production, is this true. Thanks for any answers just trying to learn the basics of this for now.

It's not ad dangerous as slin. I recommend 40mcg on w/o day, injecting post w/o, but 5 days a week, if your program call for less with 5 training days a week. As far as it lowering HGH, since there are no studies done on humans, it hard to give a definitive answer. If you can afford it HGH before bed would be nice but not a must.

Johnny, so you're saying 40mcgs PWO? I thought 60-80mcgs was preferred? I'm going to get some Omega next month so I need all the info I can get, thanks.

40mcg for the first run, after that 60-80mcg is good. I did 60mcg of Omega and it worked fine for me.
