I have been using gear for about 4 years now. Just started adding 6 IU a day of GH along with 10IU of slin post workout. I'm 6'3" 260# around 8-10%bf. How do I know if I have taken too much slin? I want to have maxium results. My fear right know is that I'm not taking enough slin. Is there a formula out there for slin (bodyweight/IU of slin). My goal is to reach 300#. I'm looking for the fasted and safest way to get there.
