Virgin to igf-1lr3
ok, i want to try some igf-1lr3 with some t3
20mcg but can't decide if i want to do it b4 WO or PWO
t3 not really sure wat dosage
wat do u guys think? should i just cut out the t3 ? up my igf dosage? also how can u found out wat ur BG levels are? do they have a little gaget that tells u? dont' want to get fat while taking this
give me ur thoughts!!

just take 50mcg pwo.
forget the t3,you don't need it.
you could get a blood glucose monitor to check your levels but its not a big concern with igf.
its hard to get fat when on igf.you will most likely loose some.

so 50mcg's will be fine for my first time?
also how many says should i run it? 30 on 30 off? 50 days straight? help me bro's

Think thats a good starting cycle. Not too high a dose but definately an effective one.
Will shoot pwo and on non-wo days AM.

if you do 50 mcgs a day you eithee have to run it 20 days (1mg) or 40 days (2 mg). I would think 40 days would be the better choice.
