    what can supress igf-1 during pct (letro)

    do you know if letro will supress your igf-1 levels? of any other anti -estrogens can any thing elese?

    Yes it will as with all drugs that are made for breat cancer

    letro and aromasin are actually raising igf-1 levels.

    ok so thats the good thing about it but i dont understand if letro is a anti-aromatise why is there a rebound affect? an if i take Ldex to fight the rebound will that lower my igf-1 or just not affect it??

    taper off the letro slowly to avoid the rebound effect.

    There's really no consensus either way.
    In one study letro raised igf-1 (older women) and in another (teenage boys) it was lowered slightly.
    Arimidex also shows conflicting results.

    Tamoxifen certainly seems to lower igf-1. But it does this by suppressing your endogenous GH release. So if you're injecting GH this really isn't of any concern.
