OK, I've ran slin a few times and feel comfortable with it. My work out partner is running it twice a day now and loves it. What type of suggestions or feedback can you guys give me on taking it AM and PWO .VS. just PWO?

Obviously its just going to enhance the delivery of nutrients twice a day instead of once. But do you think its better to just stick w/ PWO????????????

I'd the type that places it safe rather then going all out.

BTW, I use Humalog and work out about 8 hours after I wake up.
