    SLIN once a day (VS) twice

    OK, I've ran slin a few times and feel comfortable with it. My work out partner is running it twice a day now and loves it. What type of suggestions or feedback can you guys give me on taking it AM and PWO .VS. just PWO?

    Obviously its just going to enhance the delivery of nutrients twice a day instead of once. But do you think its better to just stick w/ PWO????????????

    I'd the type that places it safe rather then going all out.

    BTW, I use Humalog and work out about 8 hours after I wake up. And my goal is to put on as much quality lean muscle mass as possible over the next 4-5 months.

    Off cycle it will help fight catabolism.... is it worth it? Not sure I have never used it.
    On cycle I think its a waste...

    Idealy highlevels of insulin would be great while you sleep.... but thats just NOT fesible at all.

    So to answer your question... well.... I havent done it... but I have considerd it.... try it and see.

    I'm currently using it both in the a.m. (10 IUs) and PWO (10 IUs)

    I think i've reached a point of diminishing returns...so i think i'll return to just using PWO... and first thing in the a.m. on non-training days

    I use twice a day, morning short after doing cardio and evening after weights 12iu's per shot

    I only run it PWO as I feel that's the most important time to run it.

    As fo rme I try to get the most out of everything I do, therefore I go 20ius morning and 20ius PWO. unless someone can show me that its making me loose muscle mass thats the was i do it. during competition diet I do only PWO at 10ius and thats only the first 4 of 12 weeks.

    What's your carb-to-slin ratio?

    I have read numerous times from VETS that when you shoot HGH and slin within a close time frame, a lot of important growth factors are released (normally speaking about PWO...) Couldn't it then be said that if you were shooting HGH upon waking, (or even multiple times a day for that matter) that a small dose of slin with it would make things all a lot more effective?

    I understand getting fat is going to be a great concern but if we disregard that for now...

    My Tolerance for Slin is quite high therefore I really dont count the carbs. after my am shots I eat instant oatmeal (off season) mixed with 2 scoop whey protein, that about 60gm of carbs. and that holds me until I get to eat 1 1/2 hour later and I DO NOT go hypo in that time, plus I keep a ultra fuel on hand for that but never happened.

    Well thats what I do I shoot HGH with my slin HGH 2ui with slin 20iu. twice a day. next cycle when I step up my HGH to 6iu (2iu 3 x day) I might go crazy and shoot slin 3 x day at 15iu with my 3 shots of GH. and really not care what anyone thinks.

    Rodge my slin is cycled 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, of course I'm not trying to become dependant

    Great input from everyone. When I finish my LR3 at the end of this month I"m going to try 10iu AM along w/ my traditional 10iu PWO.

    This is my first run w/ LR3 and dont feel a dam thing. Actually eager to get back to the Slin. Just not eager from the sides of always feeling so dam lethargic

    actually nothing rodge but you just enlightened me, please do tell me more about Metformin, later i'll read up on it.

    I've only been using slin for just over a year now, i'm sure pros been using it for 5 - 10 years.
