Johnny B and HRT Questions

I know this doesn't belong in this forum,but this is where Johnny hangs!!!!



Johnny-I'd like to pose these questions to you to get some insight on HRT and cycling.I know from reading countless posts of yours,your not too big on typing.You get to the point,short and sweet.Sorry about this,but it's of huge interest to me as I approach my 40's.


1)I assume your running the classical dose on HRT,which is 200 mg CYP every 10 days or so.When you go on cycle and bump your dose.What dose of Test you use?

2)Do you change up the type of Test in your cycle from to Cyp to Enanthate or Prop?


3)What are the actual gains you realize when your cycle is complete?


I'll start with these questions.I don't want to overwhelm you.

1) I'm on 200mg every 14 days, not much. I have always used 500mg a week, but will be upping that to 750mg in about 7 weeks.

2) I've used all of those, thise is the first time I'm using cyp for a cycle, at 200mg e3d, will be switching to test enan at 750mg.

3) I'll say I get an average of 15lbs, unfortunetly, I've lost some of that because of surgury. My last 2 cycle didn't yield much, because I never went over about 550mg of test or a total of 1 gram total gear. I've changed that in this cycle, I'm at ahbout 1400mg a week of total gear and will be upping that to about 1750mg, it'll more then likely be more since I do shots e3d. I'm liking this cycle so far.

How long do you wait between cycles?I assume you need to let your receptors adjust to the low dose HRT protocol before hitting them with an overload again?
