You'll need to keep your carbs higher.Nothing crazy,but carbs with all meals.I had this happen to me a few times when I ran it as well.A small bowl of oats before bed helps.4 oz of orange juice when lathargy hits,helps also.I also found using Guarana root(1800 mgs 2x daily) really helped out.Quote:
