Sub-Cutaneous injections (just under the skin, avoid the fat layer beneath as much as possible) in the Stomach area seems to work best in that it produces some localized fat reduction in addition to the over-all body fat reduction that GH is known for. Keep in mind that you need to be on it an absolute minimum of three months (IMO) to see any significant fat loss--six months is more the peak time.

However, after a while, it's good to utilize a different site after shooting into ABS for an extended period. I like to use the skin on the underside of my arms for a few weeks every so often. Then, it's back to the gut area.
