igf question/comments

Ok this might seem a bit skewed, but hey whatever. I took a shot about 2 weeks ago of IGF, IM in my outside bicep. In the same site the outside bicep went numb completely for about a week, and now it feels a bit off (either oversensitive or numb). When I did the shot I aspirated, and it was clean, but when I shot it I felt a cool sensation from bicept to shoulder. Any thoughts? I figure I hit a nerve bundle of some sort, and its just taking its time to recover.

Also I switched down from 70-80 mcgs, back down to 40 and I have been getting better results, maybe its just my IGF levels coming up, or something.
Also shake PWO then shot 5 minutes later has been working a lot better.

But on a related topic, has anyone split it into two injections a day?
