diet on insulin
ok, i realise you need adequate supply of high GI followed by low GI carbs following your PWO insulin shot but how about carbs for the rest of the day
i was originally planning a pro/carb/fat ratio of 40/40/20 for my insulin Cycle (insulin only during PCT along with nolva/clomid/clen )
but i have just read in the educational thread that:
55-65% of your total daily energy intake should be in the form of carbohydrates, 15-20% as protein and ~20% as fat.
is this information sound or could it be out of date? why is the protein intake so low?
i know it is important for correct carb intake follwing the shot but during the day (other than breakfast) is it really necessary to take in that many carbs?

imo you only need to watch your carb intake for as long as the slin is active, the rest is up to you.if you prefer pro/fat for the rest of the day then thats fine.i agree that protein should be alot higher.

it is not a good idea, diet on pct.
low carbs can eat your muscle, if you can use metenolone or stanozolol (to protect your muscles) it will be great.
too much protein, can be converted to carbs anyway (gluconeogenesis).
