    Hgh Help~~!!!

    Okay guys i have a friend that is starting hgh he is on the bigger side about 285 and about 20 percent bf what dosage should he use since he is bigger in size how many iu.s a day and should he do 5 on and 2 off or what thanx guys...

    How old is he and what are his goals using GH?

    his goals are to loose fat and mayeb gain a lil bit of mass he is in his early 30s

    Keep in mind a lot of his results will be based on his diet. But he should do 2-3iu/day of GH for approx. 6-12 months. AM and PM shots split in 2 dosages. 5on 2off. 25mcg of T3 daily is recommended.
