    Taper down?

    Not sure if this is the correct forum?

    Should you taper down when coming off t3/t4.Ive been running 300mcg per day of t4 for 4 weeks.

    Whoa!!! I thought you were going to say that you were taking 300mcg of T3!!!

    When I stop my T3 I just come off. But I never really run a dose over 50mcg, typically 25mcg

    yeh ive allways taper down, and that seems to work best for me
