AM since I"m only on 1 IU. when I did 2 IU's I did it morning and early afternoon also, but more like 4 because I didn't take it to work with me :wg:
I just started taking 2.5 ius as soon as i wake up. I like to get it done and out of the way. Not that im worried i might forget (its the only thing on my mind sleep, shoot, train, eat) but I just like it that way.
AM and right before bed.
