What is the suggested method when taking at night time. I would think IM because of the absorbtion rate, and what is the minimum time before going to sleep. 3 hrs?

Bro that's cutting it close, make sure you eat carbs before bed. Remember one thing, your body releases a melitonin(sp) before you go to bed to slow down insulin release. Because it's needed to get an HGH pulse, during sleep. So I'm not sure how slin at night would effect you HGH pulse, during sleep, if you have slin in your system while sleeping

I don't do it often, I was considering just not taking it if I worked out after 9pm. I used to do Hum-R, needless to say I didn't get too much sleep. Johnny would you suggest taking it SubQ in the morning and IM PWO, also is it true you can site inject for gains with slin?
