Your weight drops a tiny bit after an LR3 IGF-1 cycle.Due to the lesser uptick in glycogen storage. But if your diet remains solid, you'll retain any muscle mass you'll acquire.

I don't like the idea of 5 on/2 off with IGF.Sure you'll yeild results that way.But I assure you if you run it 30 days straight, you'll see far better results.
IMO 40 mcgs is too low a dose. That's from my own personal experience.I'd start at 50 mcgs and go up from there.

The clen is alright for want you are looking to do.But I'd consider running slin instead.

Well...I take a very aggressive approach to running any type of cycle....in your case I suggest 50....60 ..then 80.

Now if I knew you in real life and saw you on a regular basis. My answer would be dramatically different.Being this is the 'net...safety is a concern as always.

The only problem I see is that is expensive.

If you only got one bottle of 1000 mcg, would you still use it every day and at what dose? I mean if you use it 5 or 6 times a week you can run it a bit higher but if you use it 7 days a week you might have to go lower so it lasts. Which approach is better?

    Thanks

Said it before,I will say it again, HGH and IGF-1 are not suitable for people with financial problems-these are usally the type who are get disappointed because they run a low dose.

I see your point but I kind of disagree with you a bit. You have to do the best with your money so it is good to know what your options are. Obviously if the minimum recommneded dose for LR 3 IGF-1 is 30 mcg I would not take 20 mcg or 10 mcg but if my budget is low then I would go with 30 mcg and at least get some results.

    Just my 2 cents

I use the catchy phrase "Economically Challenged".And I totally agree with you.Either do it right,or save your money to do it right. There is no grey area here.
