    IU Question

Ive got my hcg all figured out but 1 thing. I have slin pin, units go from 0-100 , is a unit differ from an iu, it must. Im having a hard time measuring 500iu's. I have 10ml which equals 10000iu's. any help would be appreciated.

so half a ml is 500ius and 1ml is 1kiu

    50units would equal 500ius and 100uints would equal 1000ius

I know this is confusing, but an IU is NOT a unit of volume. It is a measure of biological activity and varies from substance to substance. What I do for HCG is some math. Let's say I want 500iu and I got 1500iu from the manufacturer. I just measure the volume in mL and draw a third of that up a slin pin.

If your slin pin has IU's marked on it, tho most dont, it would be for insulin and not for hcg or hgh.
