How do i check my blood sugar level? can i get an example of what kind of carbs to eat after injection? and how many days on how many days off?
Get a glucose meter, use dextrose, it's a simple sugar, use it in training day, stop after 4 weeks

As JohnnyB mentioned, glucose meter to measure BG levels, and dextrose PWO. I also eat simple carbohydrates all throughout the insulin active period.
