How do you inject your igf-1

Ive been doing 4 injections a day. 2 in the mourning and 2 at night, each into a different muscle. I put 25mcg of igf and 17 1/2 ius of water in each injection and use a new pin everytime. Am I doing it right or is there a better way.

I don't think there is any real "Right" way to cycle IGF.You need to experiment with doses and dosing protocol to find what's best for you.
I've ran it many different ways.I do however like splitting(3x ED) the dose throughout the day much better.Keeping IGF active in your system all day seems to work best for me anyway.

You don't need to do spot injection with LR3, which Im assuming is what you mean by IGF-1. If you are using LR3, one injection post w/o and pm is fine

Depends on when a person trains.AM/and PWO PM....Or AM PWO/PM shot.Either way is fine when splitting the dose.
