i'm runnin 2i.u. growth-fixin to start humalog(about 5i.u. immediately post workout) first off i can bring the stuff to the gym right? second i know you gotta take in a lot of sugar afterwords. would a bunch of cell-tech and protein be sufficient?

Take your slin to the gym, and have some dextrose (about 10g for every 1IU of slin) immidietly post injection. You can have about 5g of both creatine and glutamine as well for additional benefits. 15 min later have a shake that consists of about 75g of protein isolate.
