Well, it's been a little over 6 weeks since I ended my last cycle of prop (100mgs ed) and r3IGF-1 (60mcgs PWO). I haven't lost any noticable size and I'm actually starting to gain a little bit now while on clen and tonkgkat. I was down to 200lbs a few weeks ago and now I'm 206lbs. My strength is about the same but it just hurts more towards then end of each set due to lactic acid build up I believe.
I think I contribute the "keepable gains" to the IGF? In the past when I did AAS only cycles I would keep about 60-75% of my gains after it's all said and done. Then again, I didn't do proper PCT in the past, I do now. Now it seems like I kept 95-100% of the gains from my last cycle? My arms are still about 17.50". I know, nothing special but good for me. I have long ass arms for my heigth, 5'10.75". I think I have the arm length of somebody at 6'1" or so?Whatever, I got to work with what I got.
I miss the IGF pumps for sure and the ease of glycogen retention in your muscles. Now I feel a pain in the muscle group I'm working when I push the last few reps out. Hehe, no pain no gain. I can't wait for my Jan 2, New Years cycle. I'm planning GH (5 kits of Jin to start), test e, EQ, then r3IGF-1 thrown in at the 3rd month. Run PCT while on GH and plan out the next one for June.
