    Do you think there would be benefit in using this with igf-1 ?

    Possibly since it mimics the action of insulin .It improves oral glucose tolerance by restoring muscle,hypothalamic,and receptor sensitivity to insulin.

    I've taken it and I agree that it does all those things that pinnacle mentioned. I remember going a bit hypo the first time I took it.
    But it is pretty toxic and takes ages to clear the system so you're probably best to stay away from it.

    No the problem isn't the dose but that vanadyl can be retained in various organs around the body for months after cessation of using it. Not something you want.

    yeah i took some...gave me chronic diareaha..

    done with it..
