At 42 yrs old Im thinking that adding HGH on and off cycle might help aging joints and increase fat loss. If it did just that I would be happy.
Can I expect anything from 2IUs a day? What would be a good suggestion for the goals I have?
I just came off a AAS cycle and won't run another for about 3 months (competition cycle). I plan on running HGH for 6 months.
