How Long To Wait After AS

I just got done about 3 weeks ago with AS cycle, about 15 weeks, how long should I wait to start GH, Im going to run GH for 6 months to a year, adding slin in the second month ,on 1 month off the next( I think not sure yet).But how long should I wait??

So you're going to run the GH alone? Nothing else with it??? What are you trying to achieve by diong that??

I have always used GH as a synergist to compliment my other Gear. You're at a nice starting age for it so you will definitely get some good gains. But running it alone wont do much for you but tighten up your skin, help shred you down a bit, give you a better sense of overall being, better sleep patterns, etc...(all based on daily dose too). But if you're looking for some LBM gain you wont get much running it alone.

I'd save it for your next cycle run. You can start it as early as 2 months prior to cycle and take it from there. If you already have it doesnt mean that it will be sitting around long. If you follow the typical Time on =time off, you can jump on it in a little over a month and run it for 2 months by itself. Then by that time you will be at your 4 month mark off and ready to rock again

Thanks for reply Jayhova you are the man man, no Im going to run GH for a year I hope, Im going to cycle slin on and off, first time so I want to get used to it. During 2nd half I may throw in a 6-8 week prop cycle. Not looking to get huge, Im 5'7" 185 6-7% body fat, looking to get real hard and tone up in chest and few areas. I f I gained 5-7 lbs I would be happy, not really feeling AS anymore, but going to see if I can in next two months do enough research and get my carb counting down enough to go with slin in morning and post workout(maybe not morning).

it takes 2 months for the gh to start having an effect..

an ideal would be..

2 months gh
3 month aas cycle with gh
2 months gh

rest..

ps.. i left an additional month in there after the pct which makes it 7 months on.. you can do this or not..

Thats identical to what I"m coming off of Spy. I ran:

2 months GH
3 months AAS
2 months GH

7 total months of GH.

Cycled IGF and Slin every other month. Since I was able to drop my GH dose down to 2iu when on LR3 it really allowed me stretch my GH longer. So in my case the LR3 really benefited me in numerous ways.

Currently in PCT now with the aid of LR3. Really liking it too. Retaining weight and gains.

I have a few others from that same night :wg: . What I meant by other pics were full body pics in poses. The ones that I have now were from a one nighter. I could never lie, the mole on my stomach gives it away :lol:

I have used hgh (there is a long journal on this site about a six month cycle I did.)

Thanks for the good words, you make an old man feel proud to talk with you young studs!

My daughter is a trainer now and I can tell you that her abs make me look like an old man.. something to be said for genetics and against age.

Nice feeling during summer, though, when you take off your shirt on the beach and you can just feel the eyes...

America loves abs!
