Rodge, I'm here for life bro. i'll alway keep youguys posted.

Pinn. I was middle weight. hate my height for that class because i'm 5'9" its just my symmetry that gets me over. most are shorter than I am.. my goal is to compete in light-heavy at 195lbs . judges love my shape and tells me i'm on my way to pro. but once I make pro my first pro show i'd like to compete at 215lbs or so but that thinking too far ahead. lol

Looking good, Great asthetics, you know you have a good physique when you beat guys who are the same weight as you and shorter. Goes to show that size isnt everything, bodybuilding is a visual sport.

I need a magical 20 lbs in 10 months but its hard for me to pack on such weight because of my small frame. Thanks you guys for the compliments. Honestly I could not have gone this far without you guys help, believe me when I say we all need each other.

NPC Eastern USA in NYC, which was 1 week before the nationals, I was going to do the nationals but didnt think I was going to get down to middle weight. so I withdrew. I came from 230lbs 33 inch waist which told me 10% bf and ended up 176lbs 28 inch waist, thinking i was goiong to come in at around 190lbs. but I guess i held a sh!t load of water.

    Thumbs up

Def. Procard in the near future. 15lbs more, you would be just NASTY. Man, I can't wait to see the new product. Your physique just keeps me hungry, I hope to be at your level one day. Great job.
