    LR3 and fat intake

While taking LR3-Igf-1, does it bind to fat like insulin ??? If using post workout should you watch carb intake while it is active in your system?

I'm not certain as to how much it would bind to fat.I can't answer that question.

You don't have to monitor BG levels like you would with insulin ,but you need to take in moderate amounts of carbs while it's active. It will help fight the lethargy that sometimes is associated with IGF,and possible headaches as well.

i was wondring the same thing. we know it has shutling properties when it comes to carbs and amino acids but what about the fats. i know that you will lean out even when consuming fats but would it make it a better cutting agent when fats are avoided?

Let me tell you Rodge, after running LR3 a few times I really love it. It really allowed me to keep my BF stable, if not even helped lower, while bulking and consuming over 4k cals a day. Once I use it in my summer cutter I know that it will work wonders.

As far as fat, I think anytime certain fats are avoided it will aid in a lower BF%, obviously right? I dont need to tell you that. I've always kept fats to a minimum for about 4-6 hours after administration of my LR3. Some people call me I-robot b/c I follow guidelines to the Tee.

So with my experience, yes it was a better cutting agent when fats were avoided.
