If you are going to cycle for longer than a year...should you go with 5 on 2 off, rather than ed?

5/2 is only to save money, I'd do gh atleast 6monthes-1 year w/ juice

I want to go beyond a year, I am wondering what is the longest anyone had ever gone.

If you were to be on long term (more than a year), should you go 5 on 2 off?

I am asking becasue I thought that I read one time that you should go 5/2 when on for a long cycle.

Thanks, I will go everyday for about 5-6 months and then back off to 5 on 2 off.
